Thank you for your interest in attending and participating in the 6th WMP Lab Annual Undergraduate Symposium and End of the Year Award!
The WMP Lab Symposium was created in 2017 by Dr. Susanne Jaeggi, with the goal of showcasing, celebrating, and appreciating undergraduate research assistants’ dedication and involvement in lab studies. Since then, the WMP Lab Symposium has transitioned into a school-wide scholarly event with the support of the UCI School of Education. This free symposium is designed to be a professional development opportunity for graduate students and undergraduate research assistants (RAs), so they can sharpen their presentation skills, create scientific posters, and connect with other faculty members or students.

Attending WMP Lab Symposium
There are no registration fees for the symposium. All attendees are required to RSVP and indicate their dietary restrictions for refreshments.
Presenting at WMP Lab Symposium
If you or your team is interested in presenting a poster at the symposium, please have the first author or chose a corresponding author to submit this poster submission form. Only ONE submission is needed per poster. The first author/corresponding author will be the primary contact for your poster, they will be receiving instructions about poster presentation, and they are responsible for communicating this information with your team.

Notification date: Friday, May 19th, 2023, 5:00 PM PST

All members and affiliates of the UCI School of Education, including non-education major students who are working in labs within the School of Education, are welcome to submit their scholarly work.
UCI School of Education Courtyard
The event will be hosted at the UCI School of Education Courtyard (401 E. Peltason Drive, Suite 3200, Irvine, CA 92617), which is the courtyard space between the UCI School of Education and the School of Law.
Parking
The closest parking structure is the Social Sciences Parking Structure or Lot 8. Parking permits can be purchased online or on the first floor of the Social Sciences Parking Structure. For more parking information, please visit: https://parking.uci.edu/
